Under warranty repairs

Subject to our terms and conditions all LXNAV Products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date of the purchase by the Original Customer. During this period LXNAV will repair or replace any components that fail as the result of normal usage. If the warranty conditions are met and are applicable LXNAV will not charge you for the labour or parts for warranty repairs or replacements.

Before returning your product please contact your local dealer or LXNAV. When returning your product please follow the instructions concerning the RMA and shipping on the Returns page.  Please include a detailed description of the problem.  Don’t forget to also send us a copy of your invoice with the RMA form.

Out of warranty repairs

Subject to our terms and conditions all LXNAV Products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date of the purchase by the Original Customer.
If the product develops a defect after this time has passed or if the product was damaged due to user mistake or inappropriate operation of the product  (such as but not limited to sunlight damage, wrong cable connection, damage by dropping, water damage etc.) LXNAV will not cover the cost of labour or spare parts. LXNAV will still attempt to repair products if spare parts are available and the damage is repairable but the costs of the repairs must be covered by the Original Customer.
